Managed Book Development

(Our staff builds your book from start to finish)

Have you always wanted to document and share the Life Story of your loved one? Our project team can develop and publish memoirs, biographies or other stories that will capture memories and preserve traditions for years to come.

Through our full-service Managed Book Development solution, our staff conducts interviews, types the interviews, creates a printable layout and coordinates book printing. As a sponsor of the book development, you provide guidance throughout the project, but the task of managing each step is done by Two Tree Press project editors.

There are three Managed Books packages for you to choose from:

Classic

WHAT YOU DO: Pick from a group of topic areas you want us to explore with your loved one’s Life Story. 

WHAT WE DO: Two Tree Press staff will interview your Life Story Subject for 10 hours to explore the topics you have chosen and get the stories told.  We will record all discussions so there is an audio archive of the stories in the voice of your Life Story Subject.  Additionally, Two Tree Press staff will then type up the interviews, edit/layout the book, print the book and then deliver your memories of a lifetime.

WHAT YOU GET: The Classic package includes:

·          Five paperbound books of the Life Stories,

·          An MP3 archive of the interviews, and

·          Permanent archiving of the book and interviews for future copy orders if requested.

WHAT IT COSTS: The Classic package is $1,200.

TYPICAL PROJECT LENGTH: Eight weeks.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: Include more copies of the books, more interview time, the inclusion of previously documented stories, additional images, and customized cover design.

Premier

WHAT YOU DO: Pick from a group of topic areas you want us to explore with your loved one’s Life Story.  Help us find 10 photos that best match the topics you have chosen for your Life Story Subject.

WHAT WE DO: Two Tree Press staff will interview your Life Story Subject for 10 hours to explore the topics you have chosen and get the stories told.  We will record all discussions so there is an audio archive of the storied in the voice of your Life Story Subject.  Additionally, Two Tree Press still will then type up the interviews, edit/layout the book incorporated the photos with the chapters, print the book and then deliver your memories of a lifetime.

WHAT YOU GET: The Premier package includes:

·          Five hardbound books of the Life Stories each with 10 black and white photos incorporated throughout the book,

·          An MP3 archive of the interviews and

·          Permanent archiving of the book and interviews for future copy order if requested.

WHAT IT COSTS: The Premier package is $1,800.

Deluxe

WHAT YOU DO: Pick from a group of topic areas you want us to explore with your loved one’s Life Story.  Help us find 20 photos (color and/or black and white) that best match the topics you have chosen for your Life Story Subject.

WHAT WE DO: Two Tree Press staff will interview your Life Story Subject for 10 hours to explore the topics you have chosen and get the stories told.  We will record all discussions so there is an audio archive of the storied in the voice of your Life Story Subject.  Additionally, Two Tree Press still will then type up the interviews, edit/layout the book incorporated the photos with the chapters, print the book and then deliver your memories of a lifetime.

WHAT YOU GET: The Deluxe package includes:

·          Ten leather bound books of the Life Stories each with 20 color photos incorporated throughout the book,

·          An MP3 archive of the interviews and

·          Permanent archiving of the book and interviews for future copy order if requested.

WHAT IT COSTS: The Deluxe package is $2,500.

TYPICAL PROJECT LENGTH: Ten weeks.
